Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter cold
  • ¾ cup buttermilk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • Grate cold butter and mix into self-rising flour.
  • Stir in buttermilk until a soft dough forms.
  • Pat dough to ¾-inch thick and cut biscuits.
  • Place on baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes.
