- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup frosting (choose from chocolate, vanilla, or custom flavors)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
Pour batter into mini cupcake pans, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool, then frost with your favorite Baked by Melissa frosting flavors.
