Baked by Melissa Mini Cupcakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup frosting (choose from chocolate, vanilla, or custom flavors)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
  • Pour batter into mini cupcake pans, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool, then frost with your favorite Baked by Melissa frosting flavors.
