Ingredients
  

  • For the Beef:
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 for keto, lean for lighter option
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Burger Bowl Base:
  • 4 cups shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sliced pickles
  • 1 avocado diced (optional)
  • Burger Sauce:
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup sugar-free for keto
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp pickle juice
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Beef:
    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and crumbled. Set aside.
  • Make the Burger Sauce:
    In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Assemble the Bowls:
    In each bowl, layer 1 cup of lettuce as a base. Add equal portions of tomatoes, onions, cheese, pickles, avocado, and cooked beef.
  • Drizzle Sauce:
    Top with burger sauce and serve immediately!

Notes

Make it keto: Use sugar-free ketchup and full-fat mayo.
Make it vegan: Use a plant-based patty and dairy-free cheese and sauce.
Storage: Store components separately in airtight containers for up to 4 days.
