Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix the chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, ideally 2 hours or overnight.
  • Cook the chicken on a grill or stovetop until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest before slicing and serving with your favorite sides.
