- 4 chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix the chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, ideally 2 hours or overnight.
Cook the chicken on a grill or stovetop until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
