breadcrumbs

egg
beaten
1/4
cup
chopped onion
1/4
cup
parsley

mayonnaise

Dijon mustard

lemon juice
Salt and pepper

oil for frying
Instructions
Flake salmon into a mixing bowl.
Add onion, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, and seasoning. Mix gently.
Shape into 6–8 equal patties.
Pan-fry in oil over medium heat until golden (3–4 minutes per side).
Serve with your choice of sauce.
