- 4 bone-in chicken thighs or breasts if preferred
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon chili powder optional for heat
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Prepare the Marinade:In a bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, chili powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Whisk everything together until well combined.
