Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs or breasts if preferred
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder optional for heat
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Marinade:
    In a bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, chili powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Whisk everything together until well combined.
  • Marinate the Chicken:
    Place the chicken thighs (or breasts) into a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Ensure the chicken is well-coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for more flavor.
  • Grill the Chicken:
    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once heated, place the marinated chicken on the grill. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) for breasts and 180°F (82°C) for thighs.
  • Serve:
    Serve the grilled chicken with your favorite sides, such as rice, beans, and fresh tortillas. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro for an extra burst of flavor.
