- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
Gently fold in the mashed bananas.
Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
