Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
  • Gently fold in the mashed bananas.
  • Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
  • Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it.
  • Pour batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
