Garlic Butter Steak Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak sirloin or ribeye, sliced thinly
  • 8 oz pasta fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the steak slices and cook until browned.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
  • Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
