- 1 lb steak sirloin or ribeye, sliced thinly
- 8 oz pasta fettuccine or spaghetti
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add the steak slices and cook until browned.
