- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Optional: Fresh parsley, lemon zest, crushed red pepper flakes
