- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup mixed berries optional
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently.
Fold in the berries or nuts (optional).
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
