- - 2 lbs turkey necks
- - 1 onion chopped
- - 2 carrots sliced
- - 1 bell pepper chopped (optional)
- - 2 cloves garlic minced
- - 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 1/2 tsp black pepper
- - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning optional
- - 1 tbsp oil
- - 2 bay leaves
Wash and pat dry turkey necks. Season with salt, pepper, and optional Cajun spice.
Heat oil in skillet, brown turkey necks on all sides.
Transfer to roasting pan. Add onions, carrots, garlic, and optional bell pepper.
Pour in broth, add bay leaves. Cover with foil.
